First We Evaluate
We quickly communicate with the selling agent and seek to attain as much information as possible regarding the vendor’s reason for selling, competitive activity, etc before we then inspect and evaluate the property in the first instance for its suitability. We do our own comprehensive research re pricing in light of current and historical market conditions, and subsequently advise you on pricing and develop a suitable strategy.
Then We Negotiate
If after our thorough research phase has been completed you decide that you would like to try to purchase this particular property we then commence negotiations on your behalf, saving you from the pressure cooker environment that so many people hate, but we thrive on!
